Bay Leaves, Laurus nobilis
Used in soups, stews, meats, seafood, and vegetable dishes. Can be used for stringing garlands. Many leaves not in perfect condition (some broken), but taste just as good.
Bay leaves offer us a healthy dose of vitamins A, C, magnesium, calcium, manganese, potassium, and iron. They soothe body aches by making an infused oil, and rub on inflamed joints reduces pain. Immune supportive: Have antibacterial and anti fungal properties.
