I mix my hibiscus tea with regular tea because hibiscus is slightly sour.
For 2 quarts. brew
Strain out herbs, add ½ cup sugar (or to taste). Serve over ice.
For 1 cup, brew
Strain out herbs, add 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (or to taste).
